And I'm delighted to hear your downtime is minimal with the help of Z.

I've have never met an injury-free hard-core trained athlete like Adam my whole life .. Adam you are definitely blessed.

Although no where the extent of either Brett's or Mark's well documented injuries, I have had enough of them and the associated down time (4 years once due to a torn piriformus) to known I don't want any more serious ones.

These days its mostly "tweaks" for which I am extremely fortunate to have undertaken a serious approach to Z for both pre-hab and re-hab.Franklinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12125367865221040103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34413602.post-81830596332600602412008-04-09T04:54:00.000-07:002008-04-09T04:54:00.000-07:00Thanks Rif - weird joint noises under load - you a...Thanks Rif - weird joint noises under load - you ain't kidding!
and I would hate to see your history as well!

Thanks Adam - Z is good stuff - get the quick start quide DVD if you are curious and wanting a taste.Brett Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03192435046685650988noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34413602.post-77764856853285312052008-04-08T20:46:00.000-07:002008-04-08T20:46:00.000-07:00Man!!!
