Mental Health day:

A quick workout and a Mental Health day today -
Deadlift - worked up to 475 x 2, 515 x 1
Inverted Row #100 x 5,5,5
Bench 275 x 2,2
A little triceps work and done - I have a Push/pull meet this Saturday and then I am going to hit an ADAU PL meet in Erie, PA so it should be an interesting week and a half.

Mental Health day - I bonked - crashed - or whatever you want to call it and had to unplug for the rest of the day. These are what I refer to as mental health days - days where - for your sanity - you need to unplug and breath deep and chill a bit.

I caught Rif's blog wondering where the bloggers have gone and we are still out here - I have a new scheme for getting my blog going each day so we will see how that works out.

Blog on Brett. By the way, the 12 oz. curls I mentioned in an earlier post work well on "mental health" days too.
When you gonna put a new DVD out? You and Gray Cook gotta be "cooking" something up, No?

Tom,
Secrets of the Shoulder is out now - Secrets of the Backside of the Core (Safe Strength) is coming out soon - Secrets of the Hip and Knee to follow and Three audio projects coming soon. And a super secret Kb vid I can't reveal anything else about!

Rif,
Think I have this figured out for now - I have to email myself my blogs when I am thinking of them or they tend to not get done.

I'm a big believer in the mental health day! Mine usually involve getting a massage and taking a looooooooong afternoon nap!
