(Sorry for any embarassment) I agree with Mark go to the 198's! <BR/><BR/>I just added squatting back into my workouts and put on 2-3lbs, of which I'm not happy about, so I know where you're coming from. But my bodyfat hit an all time low of 16.8%, so it's about trade-offs , I guess.<BR/><BR/>Keep up it.
