2/24 KG Long Cycle Clean and Jerk x 5 reps x 20 sets
(one minute rest between sets)
2# Club Swinging (20 reps of each of the 5 movements)
Stretch
Performance = Function
or does it???
Does a 35" Vertical Leap or a 4.3 second 40 yd dash or a 500# squat or 100 KB Snatches mean that you are a high functioning person?
What do we mean by function?
Can someone be high "functioning" but be dysfunctional in their movement patterns?

The owner of my gym had a 400lb bench presser from the NFL fall of the the bench while attempting a 1 arm dumb bell press at 45lbs.
Seriously??? Unbelievable.
I believe a person could be functional in the sense that they are able to perform the movement, but the question then looms are they performing the movement incorrectly.
OR
Is their movement dysfunctional and they are simply gaining strength on top of the dysfunction.
OR
Maybe they should be performing Kalos Stenos TGU's and many of those issues could be "self-serviced" out of existence.
