When in doubt do a Snatch test...
Just needed a quick training session today
so:
Prep work - Foam roller, ASLR, T-spine (brettzel 1.0, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0) rolling, stretch
24 kg RKC snatch test x 100 reps in just under 5 min.
(20 right + 20 Left + 20 Right + 20 Left + 10 Right +10 Left)
Stretch
Need to get on a consistent snatch program but being able to knock off an RKC snatch test when I want to is not bad for now...

Wow!
Many of the RKC Candidates are pushing hard, to pass the test at the certification (and some don't pass) and you do it as a short training... Do you call that mastership?
Hi Brett.
Just wondering if you could explain the Bretzel 3.0. I don't think I'm familiar with that version. I believe that 2.5 is Brandon Hetzler's version that he showed at CK-FMS is June, right?
Thanks,
David
Lance,
10+ years into it is part of it - but pace and "being able to relax under the pressure" as John Brookfield says are also parts of it.
Just different "baselines"
David,
It is part of what Brandon showed at CK-FMS - I just broke the various stages of it out into separate steps
Hi Brett, any chance of a video of these breakdowns ? Or include in a future product ?
Andrew
It will be on future products etc... Brandon Hetzler's Movement Restoration workshop initially
