Training Today...

Deadlifts - 405 x 2,2,2,2 495 x 1, 405 x 2

Inverted Rows 100# x 3,3,3,3,3

Bench (paused) 275 x 1,1,1,1,1

Triceps work - 4 or 5 sets of overhead rope triceps extensions

Deadlifts felt very strong and quick - my last pulling before next weekends push/pull meet.
