Squats today:
Felt pretty good today - in my groove (pretty much) and much better.
135 x 5, 225 x 5, 315 x 5,
365 x 3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3, 415 x 3, 315 paused x 3
Loose belt (3 notches on the belt) for the 365 squats - depth was good and just tried to have a good training day.
uh oh.wait a minute,whats that? is that,is that VOLUME???? LOL,just giving you grief brother,looks like a great workout.
ReplyDeleteYeah - volume is interesting - since I am going light I figured i would bump up the volume - I like the grief.

loose belt training is really good for ab training as well, forces you to push out on the belt.
