Squats - 365 x 5,5,5,5,5
40KG MP x 1,1,1,1,1
Pull-ups BW x 5,5,5,5,5
I wanted to add in some MP for shoulder health and needed to work some extra bodyweight pull-ups as these have felt a bit off recently. Squats felt great - Thursday will be more interesting.
Rest periods on the squats?
