Unfortunately I cannot say that three holes are as loose as they once were - it seems my weight has moved up a few pounds - I am hovering between 187-188 instead of 185ish- I am afraid that squats might be having an unwanted effect! Time to pull the reigns in and get a bit more serious about the diet! Thanks Rif

I saw you on the Danish RKC video and you look grrreat! Dare I say, even, HOT! The extra weight looks mighty beefy and handsome! (Sorry for any embarassment) I agree with Mark go to the 198's!
I just added squatting back into my workouts and put on 2-3lbs, of which I'm not happy about, so I know where you're coming from. But my bodyfat hit an all time low of 16.8%, so it's about trade-offs , I guess.
Rif, I figured you'd get a kick out of my unwanted squatting effect comment - going 198 takes me out of that little strong guy category ;(
Tracy, Thank you - no embarassment at all - I do feel very good at this weight so we will see where I go. The trade off between the scale (bw) and the BF% is a good one- btw
loose belt training really makes your abs work hard too. nice job.Plus its so nice to really crank it tight for the heavy stuff.
