Training today...10/23/07

Squats with doubled monster mini bands- 315 x 3, 3, 405 x 2, 365 x 2,
315 x 3

Military Press 135 x 5,5,5,4

I was going to stay light today but decided to throw a little weight on the bar. Just couldn't help myself.
Otherwise a pretty good workout.

    one day of Squats + MP and one day of DL + bench and the KB work on two to three other days.
    Should be fun.
