May not be exclusive to kettlebells but very apparent in kettlebell swings.
Past week or so, I've been thinking alot from this article. You described it, I digest it and have to find a way to interprete it.

This is just a variation on the percentage drill for finding the optimal striking "power percentage" which is used in martial arts a lot. So it isn't exclusive to KBs - it has great application to a variety of activities.
