Quick Bodyweight Circuit today...
Quick prep and then a 10 minute bodyweight circuit of:
HIndu Push-ups or the Pump x 12-15 reps
Jump Squats x 10
Continuous lunges (step forward and then step back into a reverse lunge) x 8 each leg
Fun and effective!
