Finally got a day in of training something other than shoveling:

Little shake and bake and stretch to finish
After a good bit of shoveling it felt good to shake off the kinks and hit some Kalos Sthenos get-ups and Club swinging.

I have been hearing more and more about indian clubs for warm-up and joint mobility. How useful have you found them?

I have found them to be very effective and am enjoying the movement skill and mobility aspects.
Look for Club Swinging Essentials by Gray Cook, Myself and Dr. Thomas to be released soon.
