Relaxation is just as much of a skill as Tension so you must practice both. Don't want to experience the negative effects of practicing Tension then learn to "shake" it off and practice relaxation. A pendulum swings to both extremes - trying to stay in the middle doesn't really make sense. And add Indian Clubs - a restorative method of using efficiently integrated movement patterns at varying speeds. Takes your relaxation and adds speed (when appropriate) to the equation.
