Prep - foam roller, Primal Move, rolling

24 kg MP ladders
1+1 - 2+2 - 3+3 - 4+4 - 5+5 X 2 Ladders
1+1 - 2+2 - 3+3 - 4+4 x 1 ladder
1+1 - 2+2 - 3+3 x 2 ladders

24 kg Goblet squat x 10 between ladders (last set of 10 Goblet squat were curl GS)

Primal Move to finish

No rest between rungs
