20 kg Half kneeling Windmill series R+L
20 kg Snatch breathing ladder
1+1 through 7+7 = 2:1 (reps to breath ratio)
8+8 through 10+10 and 5+5 = 1:1 (reps to breath ratio)
First snatch workout since surgery Feb. 3.
