Prep - Foam roller and GFM
24 kg Get-up + x 1+1
24 kg 1/2 kneeling Windmill series x R+L

Double 24 kg Jerks x 5 x 15 sets
Reps At Top Of Minute (RATOM)

44 kg One Arm Swings x 4 x 16 sets
RATOM - switch hands each set

Stretch

Jerks felt much better than last time.
