Training today:

Squats w/ doubled over mini-bands
315 x 3,3,3,3,3,3,3

Swings 24 kg x 60 (one set)
Windmill 24 kg x 5 r+L

No belt for the first 6 sets of squats - then added the loose belt for the last set.

Squats felt good despite being very sore from Monday's squats and Tuesday's Swings.

Tomorrow - band bench.
