Squats - doubled mini bands
315 x 3, 365 x 2, 405 x 2, 365 x 2, 405 x 2, 365 x 2, 405 x 2, 315 x 2 paused

Hammer Strength Row - 135 x 6, 160 x 4, 135 x 6
weight listed is on both sides (Right side 135 and Left side 135)

One Arm push-up x 5, One arm One leg push-up x 3

Off to Myrtle Beach tomorrow - back on the grid on Monday.
