Training today:

Squats 405 x 5, 455 x 2, 405 x 5, 455 x 2, 405 x 5

Bench 275 x 2,2,2 225 x 5

One arm DB row - 120# x 6,6,6

With the medication (medral dose pack) and recovering from the allergy debacle I was a bit off today but managed a middle of the road workout.

Good visit with the folks and head home tomorrow morning.

  1. So if Interpret Rif's blog correctly about training and that in order to squat 600 you must squat 400 regularly or 70% you are well on your way. Nice middle of the road workout ;-). Good to see you under the bar lifting some big weight.

    I will be following your progress closely I am curious to see your next PL meet performance

    I am feeling much better and will get in a day of training tomorrow.
    Not sure when my next meet will be - might be the end of March.
