One-arm Push-up x 3, 2, 2, 1
32kg Get-up x 5 singles each arm
32kg Snatches 5+5 x 5 sets in 4:25

ReplyDeleteWow, with less than a year of RKC style KB training under my belt, I didn't realize pistols were to be later replaced with dead lifts in the TSC. (Its a good thing too .. as poor as my dead lifts go, my pistols are far worse.)
