I've read some articles Gray has written and referenced the FMS material I have but am still not sure if I'm initiating the movement correctly. I'm signed up for the CK-FMS in May but wanted to see if you could talk me through this a little early. Thanks for your time.

The brettzel is a t-spine rotation stretch which should be appearing in the next hardstyle magazine when it comes out - in the mean time I will try to dig up a picture and get it out soon.
