The foot/big toe is MUCH better today and I am well on my way to restarting the Neupert program this Sunday or Monday.
Even did a bit of training today...
Prep work - Extended ASLR and T-spine rotation work
24 kg Get-up (arm bar into leg raises then to the elbow to post position) x 3 singles each side
24kg Tall Kneeling presses x 3+3
24 kg 1/2 Kneeling presses x 3+3
24 kg Alternating swings x 20 reps x 5 sets
Felt very good and Better is Better...

Glad you are feeling better. I did the Thursday program Rite of Passage today. All with a 50lb KB.
5X5 Cleans 5X1 TGU
3X10 swings (R/L)
3X5 snatches (R/L)
TGUs were fine, snatches were more difficult. Felt the bell hitting the back of my wrist a little. I will have to come down to see you soon.

Thanks Lou - ROP should include hitting 200 snatches in 10 minutes so having been there with the 16kg will help. We will get your form dialed in the next time we meet.
