High bridge Get Up, martial art throw. Finally got it.
A week ago, I was discussing round house kick with my Krav Maga instructor which in my mind resembled spiral line of "Anatomy Trains". It does make sense that high bridge on get up is pretty much round house on floor.
Brett, I cannot believe you're sending these informations for free. I think I got ideas to retain my clients because of this.
