The end of the year has been busy, busy, busy. Multiple trips over multiple weeks and my training took a hit.
Looking back I had a 36 kg session on 11/29

Moving forward my training will be focused on achieving the Sinister standard from S&S but also preparing for the SFL, SFB and my crazy travel life.
