Early feedback on Club Swinging Essentials...

Dennis J. Peebles Purchased the Club Swinging Essentials manual and DVD and have been reviewing them over and over. Excellent resource for learning the history of club swinging and adding Dr. Ed Thomas with you was great! I really appreciate how you and Gray Cook broke down the movements in teaching segments and it has helped me greatly in learning the movements 1-3....4 & 5 are another story, lol. As a teacher/trainer I always try to develop methods of introducing movements to new athletes and clients. Great job!

Are you swinging yet?

I just bought a pair of the 1 lb. Clubs during the latest FMS wokshop by Gray and Lee here in PHX a couple of weeks ago.

I've been following along with Dr. Ed Thomas' instructional DVD that came with the but its not enough for me to really grasp the complexities and nuances of the various swinging moves. I'll have to get your new DVD as I've heard great things about it!

Brett,

The cues for prep move #1 and movement #1 have made all the difference in the world on my right shoulder, elbow, and side of the neck. I'm in a tall kneel, moving very slowly, and breaking a sweat. ;-) Great job as usual. I'll write you a review when I get through all the material.

Got your video yesterday, after reading the book and watching 1/2 the video I have already picked up so many mistakes I was making. You and Gray have done another great job. Thanks.
