Snatches - nice and easy...

Quick workout today:

prep - Foam Roller, Primal Move "assessment/warm-up", rolling

24 kg Density style snatches
3+3 at the top of each minute for 16 min (one set of 5+5 to make an even 100)
2 leg Calf raises off a step after the snatches each minute
24 kg Goblet squat - prying x 1
Pistol 1+1
Bridge x 3
Stretch
