(neutral grip)

Ab wheel x 3, 3

Headed off to Portland to teach the CICS

Going to uncork a lot of new info at this workshop!

Any clues on the 'new information' at this CICS? I took the course with you in Philly last summer, love working on it, and am curious if there is more/new stuff to work on. Thanks - keep up the great work!

I think that going back to Dr. Thomas' original DVD after being at CICS will give you lots of things to work on but I just keep trying to refine those basics and add in foot work as I can

James Neidlinger has some good YouTube stuff as well
