Catching up...
A bit of whirlwind with travel and work but here are the broad strokes:
Feb. 7 - rest
Feb. 8 - 210 rep Power test with the PUSH band
Feb. 9-11 - Teaching in Minneapolis
Feb. 12 - rest
Feb. 13 - 45 min elliptical - level 14, Random, Avg. HR 128
Feb. 14 - Day one of Plan 260 from Strong Endurance - 40 kg KB
Feb. 15 - rest
Feb. 16 - Day two of Plan 260 from Strong Endurance - 40 kg KB
Feb. 17 - 3 mile walk
Training will be the Plan 260 so I won't be posting exact details unless Pavel is ok with it.
