Quick training today:

Squats:
405 x 1, 455 x 1, 405 x 1, 495 x 1, 405 x 1, 475 x 1, 405 x 1, 455 x 1

Felt decent - not great - but that is the way it goes. Set up is improving and I am feeling solid on my squats.
