You embody your philosophy of not being too in love with your rest days, in real life I am not sure Cro Magnum Man had the luxury. It was perform or die.
I am quite respectful of my foam roller, many times it takes me from "I'm sore." to "I feel good and I am ready to hit it again."
Bottoms Up - I know enough to know it is one of the next big things for me, you are quite knowledgeable but I don't know all the ways it is going to help me.
A crumb from the Masters table ?
Russ,
I do rest when I need to but a little on a consistent basis goes a long way.
We can work on the BU stuff - email me a vid of your bottom up clean and we will go from there
