Stellar dude, just stellar! these were as deep as I've seen you go. very very solid. You walk it out like there is no weight on the bar and that is always a good sign.
you hold position very well at the sticking point, especially the 525 and fight through it perfectly maintaining the groove.
Did notice a 4 step( ok 3 and a wiggle)setup on the 525. as per our conversation about eddie you gotta have the right stance for these heavy ones, even if it means walking more.
congrats brett you have definitely earned some rest.

Thanks Rif,
They felt solid and I certainly noticed the three step wiggle - with the wraps I tend to be in a bigger hurry.
Didn't notice the music however - I was pretty deep in my own head at the time.
Rest and some ice cream!

Thanks Royce

Ice cream, the diaphragm is looking good. The squats look strong.

Chocolate Pie,

Is it just me or is your stance getting wider as the weight gets heavier?

Looks great. 525 went up easier than the 515.

Geoff,
Chocolate pie - UMMMM (Imagine Homer S.)
It may be the camera angle with the stance width or I may have been a bit wider - don't know.
Had wraps on for 525 - nothing for 515 but both felt great.

Thank Mike.

wider stance=more hips and glutes, less knees. this is a good thing for a power squat.
oh yeah, on your way to 220!eat up !
