Nice job hoss! always great to double an old pr.you look SO solid from start to finish. You can always tell how someone is going to squat the weight but how they unrack it and walk it out. you look like there is nothing on your back.
and the levers at the sticking point are perfect: the load is all in the hips and back.well done.solid solid solid.
and your setup dance is cute to boot!CHeck out Eddie's 2 min hip samba before he squats.it's funny but he is taking the time to find the PERFECT position for his hips under the bar.
let me know how the kool aid tastes. looks like I might have to do this soon as well. there is one 10 min from me at the end of augest but I dont know if I'm ready for all that new info,lol.
oh yeah and great to see the swings back in.let me know how the mvo2 stuff goes.

Thanks Rif - the squats are just feeling solid but I can tell the squat program is taking it's toll on me - only 6 more sessions and I am done. Then 6 weeks to peak for the AAU.

Squats went pain free--only 2x5 w/80kg on FSQ, but it's very light and I have a 30 day cycle of GTG so startin' easy...
Very solid! I would be happy if I could deadlift that yet alone squat that.
