Training today - 8/2/2007

Squats - 495 x 2 (belt only), 505 x 1, 1 (belt and wraps)

KB MP 40 kg x 2, 2

Pull-ups +45# x 5, 5

Swings 40 kg x 5 sets of 10 reps (two arm, Alternating, Left, Right, side stepping)

Very nice to take my previous max and double it!

Feeling good - And - a big decision today...

I am registered for the R-phase Z-health certification in Durham, NC - Sept 17-22 - 6 days of 9am-6pm training in R-phase.

Guess I was thirsty and wanted some kool-aide!! ;)

Thanks Rif - I'll let you know how it goes.
Doubles are good.

I guess you'll both just have to get it over with. Fawn's got a Z-health contact here and wants me to see him. Probably would do me some good, but I'm SO content being ignorant.

There is nothing like some Z Kool-Aid to quench your thirst.

You'll be glad you drank once you're there!!!

Z did 0 for me. But credit to Dr. Cobb: he gave me my $$ back after I tried Z for 6 months with no good effects. A D.O. joined our WL team med squad recently...two brief and very subtle manipulations later and I'm a new man.

Thanks anonymous.

Randy -
I don't think Z is a cure-all but I do want to learn the info and be able to use it with my clients and myself.

Randy, here's a question: Did the DO perform the two subtle adjustments after you were doing Z for 6 months? How do you know that you/he would've achieved that same success without doing Z?

Geoff,
Seems a stretch that there would be a lingering effect...The D.O. did his work on me in the 4 weeks...no Z for six-seven months prior to that.

Geoff...that should have read "in the last four weeks"
