Back from the RKC and Todays training - 9/10/07

Oh - and training from Thursday 9/06/07
Bench 255 x 5,5,5,5,5
DL 405 x 2,2,2,2,2

Squat 425 x 2,2,2,2,2
Bench 265 x 4,4,4,4

Felt great today dispite a VERY long weekend and 4 hours of sleep - squats were deep and easy.

RKC - Another great weekend!
Always a great pleasure to teach with Rif, Andrea, and Pavel - also the team leaders Jason, Pamela, and Jon - Dr. Mark Cheng and all of the other assistants- what a tremendous group of teachers and friends.
The students were great - very willing to learn and worked incredibly hard over the weekend.
The RKC system continues to grow and develop.

That field was FULL on Sunday at the victim ceremony. Nice weather for training outdoors as well. I'm glad we live in town so we can just drop in and get another lesson from you and other mentors on the fly. 5 minutes of instruction is enough to last for several months or more of training.

You are a true gentleman and always helpful. You also pay attention and remember things people say and do. That is one hell of a valuable quality, and something I want to emulate in my own life.

Only a few of my past teachers had the mindfulness you do.

Hi Mr. Jones!!! Thank you again for a fantastic weekend! I learned so much from you and everyone else present. I am speechless - it was truly a life changing experience. Thank you for your time, patience and feedback. You are full of knoweldge - an unbelievable resource. I'm so happy I was able to be in your group. I now understand why Doug is so passionate about Kettlebells and fellow RKC's. I'm thrilled to be among the group. Thanks again - talk to you soon, Amy

Ps Of course I'm better than Doug (just kidding - he da bomb)
