Todays training:

Squats 405 x 5,5,5,5,5
Bench 315 x 2, 1, 1
Dips 100# x 3, 125# x 2, 100# x 3
Pull-ups 45# x 3, 70# x 2, 45# x 3

Felt good - squats were fun and I moved my bench grip out to middle finger on the ring and found a really nice groove.
