Training today...

Squat 425 x 5, 465 x 5, 425 x 5, 5, 5

Bench w/ doubled over monster mini bands
225 x 3, 2 , 3

A good day - a new 5 rm on the squat and stronger on the band bench today.

465 for 5 is huge! you are so well on your way. 500 for five is a major milestone and you will do it sooner rather than later. well done.
