Minimal prep

Circuit of:
Hanging Leg Raise x 5
Handstand Push-up x 5
Pistols x 10 alternating legs
Chins + 90# x 3
X 3 circuits

Circuit of:
Dips + 90# x 3
Head Bridge from CC x 5
X 3 circuits

Was able to keep really solid ab activation in the HSPU
