Quick and effective...

Training today:

Prep - Foam Roller, Primal Move
1 arm 1 leg push-up x 1+1
Pistol x 1+1

24 KG Snatch test x 100 reps in 4:50
10+10 x 5 sets (15 seconds or so between sets)

Stretch etc...

I have my head  under a rock right now banging out my studying for the NATA exam - fun times!
