Prep work - Z
20 kg VO2 Max - 8 reps per 15 seconds x 30 sets
5 minute rest
16 kg VO2 Max - 8 reps per 15 seconds x 30 sets
WOW - a good, tough workout followed by more Z.

Wow, have not thought of 20kg followed by 16kg v02max. Something good for the future, going 16kg x8repsx60 tomorrow.

Let me know how your 60 sets goes - alternating the weight provides a "neat" effect ;-)
