BrettNice photos, 60 sets went well. I want to hit 80 w/16kg and 20 kg and then try your combo method. Have you tried a 2:1 work rest vo2?My first phase was wrong until I purchased the video. 16kg, 7reps right and 7 reps left in 30sec followed by 15 sec rest. I worked up to 60 sets with this method in July.
Frankie,good work on the 60 sets - I have been sticking to the 15:15 protocol (too lazy to try anything else)
