Quick training today...
Just picked up a 16kg KB and wanted to move a bit today...
Prep - ASLR and Brettzel
Get-ups (various pieces and whole), windmills, goblet squats, cossack, hip flexor stretch, swings, split snatches, overhead squats, etc....
Extended Z session to finish
Just wanted to move without getting into a "workout" - I think I will save that for a day or so.
Danbury, CT Kettlebell workshop this weekend!

Movement is the right job to shake off those cobwebs. Good that you're back on your feet. I hope it wasn't that infernal warrior diet that reduced your immunity.
Did it myself today, lasted about 21 hrs on a few pieces of fruit. Then chowed down. Some way to save money in these days of global recession.
Movement is good - my energy is actually very good on the WD so I don't think that had anything to do with it. Now - 10+ hours of canned air on an airplane plus some Hungarian dust and allergens - that might have had something to do with it.
You can save money during the day on the WD but you pay it back on the evening meal.
I must not be doing the WD correctly, as my energy isn't great on it. Just recieved the anti-estrogenic book today, so that might serve as a refresher course.
If not, I'll just have to ring up his radio show and hassle the Hof.
