Training 3/4/2008:

DB Bench 85# x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Pull-ups (BW) x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 (various grips)

Ab wheel rollouts x 5, 5

KB swings/snatches 28KG x 20, 30

Good progress on the DB bench - now we will see if it carries over to my competition bench.
Abs were very sore from the rollouts last week and really felt them today.
