Brett- I enjoy your workouts because of your detail and focus on mobility. As a ex AVP volleyball player my body is loaded with asymetry. I am not sure, could you explain the HLR floor progression. Thanks for all the great ideas see you @ IC cert.

Thanks for stopping by - the HLR progressions I can give you a demo at the IC cert (too much to go into on-line).
