Better but not 100%...

Quick training today

Prep - quick Z and ASLR
20 kg VO2 Max - 7 reps per 15 seconds x 30 sets
Z, ASLR, Brettzel to finish

Breathing is not back to normal - so I'll be taking it easy for a little bit.
