Hi Brett, great blog. I was reading the book easy strenght and i want to ask about overspeed swings and snatchs. When is the best time to use in a workout sesion routine? And can I use in a routine of armor building or strenght?

Mr. Jones,

I am an ATC as well and a newbie to kettlebell training. I have been working on technique and I feel like I am making decent progress with some of the basics.

My question to you is this; how do I interpret the work out listed on this date? As an ATC working formerly in a high school and Division I schools it's format is completely different than what is typically used by the strength coaches I have worked with.

I have been all over Strong First, RKC and the internet trying to figure it out. Any help/guidance is appreciated. Thanks for your help.
