If you haven't been over the Rif's blog - rifsblog.blogspot.com I highly recommend it.

Mark is a Senior Instructor in the RKC program and has been a high level gymnast, runner, cyclist, bodybuilder and powerlifter and now Kettlebell instructor.

His wife Tracy also has a great blog where she tracks her continuing journey (she has lost over a hundred pounds using a Kettlebell and good eating and that was only the first year!) of fitness and health.

Mark and Tracy were kind enough to share Thanksgiving dinner with me a couple of years ago - they are great friends and have a lot of valuable information on their blogs.

More tomorrow...

thanks for the plug Brett, and it was at that dinner, and having met you, that I was inspired to train for my RKC even when I was such a mess that I wasnt sure at all I could SURVIVE those three days! Now two years later I am a different man. THanks again for all your help and encouragement these last two years.
I am proud and honored to be on the same team with you and to be able to learn and teach with you.

I agree, Brett. I always take extra time to think about Rif's posts. So much insight and wisdom. I especially like the extreme amount of thought that he's put into the similarities between the RKC and other systems. He's always trying to tie stuff together to help the rest of us.

Class act is Rif.
