Improving and quick training from Saturday:

9/1/07
Bench 235 x 5,5,5,5,5
Pull-ups x 10,10,10
VERY light trap bar deads (just found it loaded light and did some sets to pump some blood into the hip/hamstring)

The hamstring attachment is improving - lateral ankle tilts, and elbow circles do help - although I suspect my form is not good enough to actually take care of the issue. I feel myself having too much tension and "rough" portions of the movements.
Z R-phase should be a great learning experience.

Also try cross-body hip circles...

Will do - and I am assuming that these drills are done in an short routine of just those drills?
Thanks Geoff

Go nice and slow, relax and breath into the sticky points. Drop the angle of your arms on elbow circles if you too much upper trap tension.
