Training today - 9/12/07...

DL - 445 x 3, 475 x 2, 495 x 2,2,2

That was it. Short and sweet and felt pretty good.

Other than that I have just been trying to recover from the RKC weekend - naps and food.

must be nice to casually do 500 for sets of 2 after the week you just had. it's good to be strong eh?

It's good but it causes problems of it's own.
