May 2 - Training...

Pull-ups + 25# x 5, 4, 3, 2, 2
Box Pistols x 3, 2, 2, 1
One-arm Push-up x 3, 2, 2, 1
32kg Get-up x 5 singles each arm
32kg Snatches 5+5 x 5 sets in 4:25

This is really a return to some of the most successful training from my past - when I won the first Tactical Strength Challenge in October of 2002. You can see it at the link below.

Nice! Any plans to participate in the upcoming TSC in Sept?

Wow, with less than a year of RKC style KB training under my belt, I didn't realize pistols were to be later replaced with dead lifts in the TSC. (Its a good thing too .. as poor as my dead lifts go, my pistols are far worse.)

Anyway, belated congratulations!

Franklin - thanks and the move from pistols to DL was to make the TSC open to more people.
